Extended abstract submission

Guidelines for extended abstract submission

  • Abstracts must be submitted via the conference platform clicking on “Your Submission”, then on “EDIT”, and finally on “UPDATE”.  Emailed abstracts will not be considered
  • All abstracts should be submitted in .doc/docx format
  • Abstract text should be approximately 3500/4000 words included footnotes and bibliography
  • Authors are requested to limit the number of footnotes in this phase
  • Bibliography must be inserted at the end of the document
  • All the extended abstracts uploaded on the platform will be available only for participants about two weeks prior to the Conference
